• Infrastructure projects, environmental licensing, review of studies
• We also act in due diligence processes, legal support in public hearings, analysis and evaluation of environmental liabilities and negotiation of compensatory measures, acquisition of companies or assets; negotiation of environmental clauses in national and international contracts; negotiations with environmental agencies and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, including advice on the elaboration of the Term of Adjustment of Conduct – TAC – in the scope of administrative inquiries, in Public Civil Actions; among other legal advisory activities, and when necessary, with the advice of external technical consultants (engineers, chemists, geologists, biologists, anthropologists, etc.).
